Woo! It’s been a long time since I have been around here!

I hope that the rest of your year went well (regardless what has been happening all around us). I have been busy finishing up year one of my doctorate, writing so many papers it would make your head spin! I have not uploaded content here in a few months, but it feels great to be back (FINALLY!!)

I am reviewing a set that I received from DermaE. While I have used their products for years, I was so curious to try their new product line which contains hyaluronic acid, something very new for them. I have undergone a huge shift in my skincare as my skin has gone from oily, shiny and acne prone to mixed and sensitive with a few patches of dryness and eczema (so sad about that), so I am on the constant lookout for products that can offer some relief. I have used these for a few weeks and have some thoughts about them thus far. This set contains amazing ingredients that work well to help my skin in a myriad of way, such as bringing moisture to those areas that needs it the most. A little information about the set, per what it says on their website:

•  100% improvement in skin hydration immediately after the first application and after 4 weeks of product use.
• Skin is plumped and replenished with essential vitamins and botanicals. Vegan Hyaluronic Acid delivers intense moisture for healthy hydration while infused humectants work to reduce dullness, fine lines, and flakiness in this ultra-hydrating and plumping collection.

To be honest, I am obsessed with the hydration mist, it is an absolute MUST in ensuring my skin looks and moisturized. I also really loved they day cream, its amazing my skin adores it. I also enjoyed how it wears under makeup, no oil whatsoever even with all its hydrating qualities.

In terms, of the overnight mask, it has a gel-like consistency. While it works amazing– I put it on before bed after my night cream and my skin looks great in the morning– if you are looking for a good overnight mask, this is a great and affordable option for you!!The one downside was the aroma, I was not a fan of the smell.

The serum is lotion-like and works great if you have skin that needs that extra boost.

The eye gel Is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I love how hydrating and the rollerball is an added feature that I love to help support the circulation of the delicate eye area  and also supports deputing if you suffer from that.

¡Uff! ¡Ha pasado mucho tiempo desde que estoy por aquí!

Espero que el resto de su año haya ido bien (independientemente de lo que ha estado sucediendo a nuestro alrededor). ¡He estado ocupado terminando el primer año de mi doctorado, escribiendo tantos artículos que te daría vueltas la cabeza! No he subido contenido aquí en unos meses, pero se siente genial estar de regreso (¡¡FINALMENTE !!)

Estoy revisando un conjunto que recibí de DermaE. Si bien he usado sus productos durante años, tenía mucha curiosidad por probar su nueva línea de productos que contiene ácido hialurónico, algo muy nuevo para ellos. He experimentado un gran cambio en el cuidado de mi piel ya que mi piel ha pasado de ser grasosa, brillante y propensa al acné a mixta y sensible con algunos parches de sequedad y eccema (muy triste por eso), por lo que estoy en constante búsqueda de productos que puede ofrecer algo de alivio. He utilizado este juego por algunas semanas y les tengo algunos pensamientos a considerar. Esta línea contiene ingredientes asombrosos que funcionan bien para ayudar a mi piel de muchas maneras, como aportar humedad a las áreas que más lo necesitan. Un poco de información sobre el set, según lo que dice en su sitio web:

En cuanto a la mascarilla nocturna, tiene una consistencia similar a un gel. Si bien funciona de maravilla, me la pongo antes de acostarme después de mi crema de noche y mi piel se ve muy bien por la mañana, si está buscando una buena mascarilla para la noche, ¡esta es una opción excelente y asequible para usted! era el aroma, no me gustaba el olor.

El suero es similar a una loción y funciona muy bien si tienes una piel que necesita ese impulso adicional.

El gel para los ojos es A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Me encanta cómo la hidratación y el rollerball es una característica adicional que me encanta para ayudar a mantener la circulación del área delicada de los ojos y también ayuda a compensar si sufres de eso.
