Welcome back to another edition of the blog! I have been a little bit behind in posting,  but back full force ahead!! I am ecstatic to report that there is a brand spanking new products out there by Neostrata!! I, as you know, love everything from this brand so far! And on this occasion I would like to share the news that I have had the opportunity to be introduced to their product. The new surface glycolic peel is beauty perfection in a jar. This product is a chemical exfoliant that contains 10% glycolic acid (of course duh!) It also contains AHA’s its formulation. It is essentially a skin texture and clarity peel. It contains 36 peels, so I have quite a few left to use. But what I like the most about this product is that it reduces visible signs of aging and additionally improves my skin texture in terms of reducing its hyperpigmentation (all the dark spots left that active breakouts left behind), and how it has helped reduce the signs of wrinkles, especially on my forehead. I also love that I have noticed the slight improvement of the tone of  my skin after a few uses. = I like to use this once a week for the most part, as I have super sensitive skin.

I have been using the product for a few weeks, and now can tolerate up to two times per week, every other week. Of course, I am being careful to space out my treatments a few days so I don’t overdo it. What I love is how easy it is to use and prepare! It is a one step shop each time, so its ideal if you want to achieve great skin, especially now for the holidays and it works quickly. I feel my skin a lot smoother and in combination with the other products from Neostrata, they work wonders as a team, so I would consider purchasing other products from the line to use in tandem.

It is very simple to use:

1. Open the box and remove the contents. You receive two steps in the box: the new surface glycolic peel pads and the smooth surface glycolic peel.  I love that the product comes separately, so it is fresh at the time of purchase!
2. Pour the contents of the bottle into the pads and wait until they are fully absorbed.
3. In the meantime, I remove my makeup and wash my face with a light soap. Nothing harsh as to not dehydrate the sun before this procedure! That is very important. You can also use a cream cleanser as these are more gentle.
4. Use at night when you first begin as the skin will be more sensitive to sunlight the next day.
5. Remove a pad from the jar and swipe all over your face. Discard the pad.
6. Massage the leftover product into your skin. Please avoid the area around your eyes and lips.
7. I  try to use a more emollient moisturizer following this step to ensure the proper hydration levels for my parched skin.
8. Use a sunscreen the next few days to decrease the potential of getting a sunburn.

A few days later, you will begin to notice a change in your skin’s texture and tone. If you continue to use it, fine lines will begin to be less noticeable, as well as those pesky dark acne spots. So far, I love the product! I recommend if you are looking to improve your skin’s overall appearance.

¡Bienvenido de nuevo a otra edición del blog! He estado un poco atrasado en la publicación, ¡pero volví con toda mis fuerzas! ¡Estoy muy contenta de informarles que hay productos nuevos de Neostrata! ¡Como saben, amo todo de esta marca hasta ahora! Y en esta ocasión me gustaría compartir la noticia de que he tenido la oportunidad de presentarme a su nuevo producto. La nueva almohadillas glicólica de superficie es la perfección de la belleza en un frasco. Este producto es un exfoliante químico que contiene 10% de ácido glicólico (¡claro está, osea!) También contiene su formulación de AHA. Es esencialmente una textura de la piel y una cáscara de claridad. Contiene 36 almohadillas, por lo que tengo muchas que puedo usar. Pero lo que más me gusta de este producto es que reduce los signos visibles del envejecimiento y, además, mejora la textura de mi piel en términos de reducir su hiperpigmentación (todos los puntos oscuros dejaron atrás los brotes activos) y cómo ha ayudado a reducir los signos de arrugas, especialmente en mi frente. También me encanta haber notado la leve mejoría en el tono de mi piel después de algunos usos. Me gusta usar esto una vez por semana en su mayor parte, ya que tengo la piel súper sensible.

He estado usando el producto durante algunas semanas, y ahora puedo tolerar hasta dos veces por semana, cada dos semanas. Por supuesto, estoy teniendo cuidado de espaciar mis tratamientos unos días para no excederme. ¡Lo que me encanta es lo fácil que es usarlo y prepararlo! Es un solo paso cada vez, por lo que es ideal si desea lograr una piel excelente, especialmente si trabajas y ahora para las vacaciones y funciona rápidamente. Siento mi piel mucho más suave y en combinación con los otros productos de Neostrata, funcionan de maravilla en equipo, por lo que consideraría comprar otros productos de la línea para usar en conjunto.

Es muy facíl de usar:

1. Abra la cajita  y retire el contenido. Recibirá dos pasos en la caja: las nuevas almohadillas de cáscara glicólica de superficie y la cáscara de glicólico de superficie lisa. ¡Me encanta que el producto venga por separado, por lo que es nuevo al momento de la compra
2. Vierta el contenido de la botella en las almohadillas y espere hasta que se absorban por completo.
3. Mientras tanto, me quito el maquillaje y me lavo la cara con un jabón ligero. ¡Nada fuerte como para no deshidratar tu piell antes de este procedimiento! Eso es muy importante. También puede usar un limpiador en crema ya que estos son más suaves.
4. Úselo de noche cuando comiences, ya que la piel será más sensible a la luz solar al día siguiente.
5. Retire una almohadilla del frasco y deslice por toda su cara. Desechar la almohadilla
6. Masajea el producto sobrante en tu piel. Evite el área alrededor de sus ojos y labios.
7. Intento usar un humectante más emoliente siguiendo este paso para asegurar los niveles de hidratación adecuados para mi piel reseca.
8. Use un protector solar los próximos días para disminuir el potencial de quemaduras solares

Unos días después, comenzarás a notar un cambio en la textura y el tono de su piel. Si continúa usándolo, las líneas finas comenzarán a ser menos notorias, así como esas molestas manchas oscuras de acné. Hasta ahora, ¡me encanta el producto! Recomiendo si buscas mejorar la apariencia general de tu piel.
