I hope that this blog post finds you super! I love to use this space because I am able to use this space to share with you my favorite beauty items of the moment that I am using, how they are working for me, and additionally, if they are able to be useful for you!

I have been having some issues with clogged pores and tenderness due to these blockages. I think that this is due to stress, and perhaps not getting enough water these last few weeks. Does this every happen to you? UGH! At least these bumpy nuisances are easily covered with foundation!

The worst part is when I am using my face brush by Clarisonic to help remove impurities, it may hurt just a bit more. It’s super annoying.

I have been using products from Neostrata for quite some time and have loved how they work for me. The foaming wash specifically, has glycolic acid and grapefruit extract which clears dead skin cells off the surface of my skin and boost the tone and texture of my skin in one simple step.

I have been trying Neostrata Foamiing Glycolic Wash for a couple of weeks and have been loving the results so far in terms of my pores. Next steps, when using the foaming wash after waking up, I will use my fingertips to gently massage a small amount of the product into my skin in circular motions, ensuring to spend a bit more time in the trouble spots (my cheeks and forehead). 3. Next, I rinse the product off with copious amounts of water. It makes my skin feel cool and refreshed afterwards.

He estado teniendo algunos problemas con poros obstruidos y ternura debido a estos bloqueos. Creo que esto se debe al estrés y quizás a la falta de agua durante las últimas semanas. ¿Esto te sucede a ti? UGH! ¡Al menos estas molestias llenas de baches se cubren fácilmente con base!

La peor parte es que cuando estoy usando mi cepillo facial de Clarisonic para ayudar a eliminar las impurezas, puede doler un poco más. Es súper molesto.

Hi everyone and welcome back for another blog entry!!

I have been a bit behind in my posts, sorry I know! Life has gotten in the way and between leaving an old job and starting anew in a new job, learning the ropes and tying loose ends, I have been super busy (not an excuse) and have not returned to the blog in quite a while, but we are back and in this post, I am ecstatic to share with you this AHH-mazing body scrub!!

I mainly do scrubs on my face, especially when I feel that my skin looks dull, we need a little boost to wake up and refresh the skin so that it can absorb all the serums and moisturizers that we add to it day in and day out. This is the same case for the rest of our body. I must confess that I don’t take nearly as much care of the rest of my body as I do my face, but I really should.

For many years, I have had very dry skin on my legs, following a awful battle with eczema and dermatitis which caused many painful lesions and when those healed, scarring and dry flaky skin. After that, while thankfully the skin conditions cleared up, my skin was never the same.

I use a lot of lotions to combat the dryness, but sometimes, lotion alone cannot make your skin look and feel smooth. When I received this Resurfacing Scrub in the mail as PR from Jan Marini, I was ecstatic. The summer is for dresses, flip fops and bikinis and ain’t nobody got time for flaky skin. This stuff is gold.

I love that it works well on my skin! I also liked that the formula is liquidy, a little runnier than lotion, but not thick like you might be used to for facial scrubs. The finely milled scrub is extremely gentle on sensitive skin which I can appreciate. I liked the aroma that was not too overwhelming and was pleasantly fragranced, smelled fresh and clean. A great thing was that a small amount went a long way! When showering after your are done, you skin is so soft and silky to the touch. For the best results, I used this product before shaving to prep my skin. My legs turned out super smooth! Amazing!

As usually, this product will accompany my others in term of being an absolute fav! Jan Marini is one the best in terms of skincare, and this new item is now part of that collection! ¡Hola a todos y bienvenidos de nuevo para otra entrada de blog!

He estado un poco atrasado en mis publicaciones, lo siento, lo sé. La vida se ha interpuesto y entre dejar un viejo trabajo y comenzar de nuevo en un nuevo trabajo, aprender las cuerdas y atar cabos sueltos, he estado súper ocupado (no es una excusa) y no he regresado al blog en mucho tiempo, pero estamos de vuelta y en esta publicación, ¡estoy emocionado de compartir con ustedes este exfoliante corporal CHULISIMO!

Principalmente me hago exfoliaciones en la cara, especialmente cuando siento que mi piel se ve opaca, necesito un pequeño impulso para despertar y refrescar la piel para que pueda absorber todos los sueros y humectantes que me unto día tras día. Este es el mismo caso para el resto de nuestro cuerpo. Debo confesar que no cuido tanto del resto de mi cuerpo como lo hago con mi cara, pero realmente debería hacerlo.

Durante muchos años, tuve la piel muy reseca en las piernas, luego de una terrible batalla contra el eczema y la dermatitis que causaron muchas lesiones dolorosas y cuando se curaron, cicatrizaron y secaron mi piel de manera escamosa. Después de eso, aunque afortunadamente las condiciones de la piel se aclararon, mi piel nunca fue la misma.

Utilizo muchas lociones para combatir la sequedad, pero a veces, la loción sola no puede hacer que su piel se vea y se sienta suave. NEOSTRATA: NEW Brightening Eye Cream Review | Reseña

I am over the moon with the warmer weather, and my new sunny and beautiful apartment!! Moving is super tricky and stressful, especially in the middle of working, and since I work in a school, I get so tired. I haven’t been sleeping so well these days since my husband and I have not had our new bedroom set delivered and are sleeping in our sofa bed, which DOES NOT COMPARE to a pillow-top mattress!

Anyways, since I have been losing sleep or not sleeping well, my under eye area has been taking a toll. I additionally have been getting home extremely late to then begin dinner when I arrive… it is super stressful and while makeup can cover part of the problem, I know that a good rest and taking care of my delicate under eye area with great products will assist in helping me look well rested and also an added bonus of infusing this area with superb products that will help in brightening my panda eyes. I was sent this brightening eye cream and I thought, “How did they know that I am going through this right now?!” I mean, really, it was great timing!

The packaging is always on fleek, with the classy, drawstring pouch and the familiar orange, silver and white packaging. It comes in a small box and upon taking the product out, we have a super sanitary product in a pump-action dispenser. Have you also felt the same about products that you have to scoop out with your fingers? The contamination can be daunting, so I appreciate that this was put into consideration int the development of the product design.

All you need is a full pump for both under eye areas. That’s all. It smells amazing, and it is comes with a great amount of product, at 15 grams! I have been using the product both day and night for a few weeks and am beginning to note that the area underneath my eyes is extremely moisturized and the fine lines that I have are less apparent. Additionally, you know its working when you have to use less makeup to cover up these dark areas! A win-win if you ask me!

On their page, Neostrata claims that their Brightening Eye Cream “is a dark circle corrector that is formulated to reduce the appearance of dark circles under eyes. Targets a restored look of firmness and moisture for a smooth, bright appearance.”

As someone who has loved all their products thus far, and if you have read my reviews on other products that they have such as in this article and this one, you will know that I think they have helped my skin come far in terms of brightening and lightening up my acne scars. This eye cream is no different. If you are running low on your eye cream and need a delightful upgrade, I invite you to try out this product. I really like it a ton!

Estoy sobre la luna con el clima más cálido, ¡y mi nuevo apartamento soleado y hermoso! Mudarse es súper complicado y estresante, especialmente en medio del trabajo, y como trabajo en una escuela, me canso un paquetón. No he estado durmiendo tan bien estos días desde que mi esposo y yo no nos han entregado nuestro nuevo juego de dormitorio y estamos durmiendo en nuestro sofá cama, ¡lo cual NO SE COMPARA con un colchón con la parte superior acolchada!

De todos modos, desde que pierdo el sueño o no duermo bien, mi área debajo de los ojos ha estado horrible. Además, he llegado a casa muy tarde para comenzar la cena cuando llego … es muy estresante y, aunque el maquillaje puede cubrir parte del problema, sé que descansar bien y cuidar mi delicada zona ocular con excelentes productos me ayudará a que me sienta bien y luzca descansada y también una ventaja adicional de infundir esta área con productos excelentes que me ayudarán a iluminar mis ojos de panda. I hope everyone is fantastic today! I am back reviewing these wonderful products by Jan Marini! As you know, I am addicted to anything that makes my skin look and feel more beautiful, youthful and healthy. When receiving this product from Jan Marini in the mail, I was over the moon! If you have seen my posts in the past, I absolutely love her exfoliating scrubs, serums and moisturizer. I have been using the C-Esta face serum and the Marini Physical Protectant for a few weeks and have loved how my skin looks and better yet, how these products work in tandem to protect my delicate facial skin.

In addition to the wonderful scent, these products are light weight and apply and absorb easily into the skin. Be sure to shake the serum well to get all those ingredients properly integrated before applying. I use just one pump, and its more than enough to cover my face and neck. Apply quickly before it dries. Next, I use my Jan Marini face cream and over top, I add the Physical Protectant when I am going outside during the daytime. My skin appears dewy and luminous when these are both applied, so get ready to feel pampered when you purchase these! I also notice some lightening of any acne scars, due to the key ingredients of the product. I feel that with continued use, most of the darker ones will all but disappear. ¡Espero que todos se sientan fantásticas hoy! Estoy de vuelta revisando estos maravillosos productos por Jan Marini!

Como saben, soy adicta a cualquier cosa que haga que mi piel se vea y se sienta más bella, joven y saludable. Al recibir este producto de Jan Marini en el correo, ¡estaba sobre la luna! Si has visto mis publicaciones en el pasado, me encantan sus exfoliantes, sueros y humectantes exfoliantes. He estado usando el suero facial C-Esta y el protector físico Marini durante algunas semanas y me ha encantado el aspecto de mi piel y, mejor aún, cómo estos productos funcionan en conjunto para proteger mi delicada piel facial.

Además del maravilloso aroma, estos productos son ligeros y se aplican y absorben fácilmente en la piel. Hello Friends!!

I am back to talk to you a bit about my health regime. I am always active, and try to go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week to maintain my muscle mass and help to shed any pounds as well as achieve a toned body. I also try to eat as well as possible, whole grains, all veggies, and protein are my staples. I do love a good bowl of cereal with almond milk but I try to keep my cereal choices as healthy as possible ( healthy grains, special K, honey bunches of oats, etc), as well as measuring out my portions to ensure I am only eating appropriate amounts and not over eating.

Something that is a little more tricky to monitor is my overall immune health. While I try to dress appropriately for the weather and ensure I keep up with things such as frequent hand washing and avoiding certain environments (inhaling cigarette smoke in public areas), sometimes I find it difficult to steer clear of all the yucky germs around us. I have been taking some regular supplements such as multivitamins, and biotin but something that has been life-changing thus far is Daily Body Restore probiotics! He vuelto para hablarles un poco sobre mi régimen de salud. Siempre estoy activa, y trato de ir al gimnasio al menos 3-4 veces a la semana para mantener mi masa muscular y ayudarme a perder peso, así como a lograr un cuerpo tonificado. I have to be quite honest with you guys, the blog has become a space where I have decided to dedicate it to reviewing products, and I have noticed my favorite type of products to review is SKINCARE.

Why am I so obsessed with the appearance of my skin:

Tengo que ser absolutamente honesto con ustedes, el blog se ha convertido en un espacio donde me he decidido a dedicar a la revisión de los productos, y he notado que mi tipo favorito de los productos a revisar es el cuidado de la piel.

¿Porqué estoy tan obsesionada con el cuidado de la piel?

Bueno…

A. Amo amo amo el maquillaje. si te gusta el maquillaje, se ve un millón de veces mejor cuando tu piel es hermosa (es decir, sin granos, sin poros grandes, no esta reseca y escamosa…)

B. Como me estoy envejeciendo a lo largo de los años, en esas semanas en las que, me aflojo con mi rutina de cuidado de la piel, mi piel tomó un golpe: se pone muy fea y me hizo parecer aún más vieja ( usted sabe que nadie tiene tiempo para eso!!!)
